Question from Kristin — are the angle brackets part of the format for citing online resources? Note that if you put them in square brackets [] — that will make it an active link on this wiki. From Kris: yes, true; but the format in citation styles is angular brackets (I think!).

This is a standard reference that comes up all the time. In text it is cited (United States Department of the Interior 1999). Federal Register should be in italics in the above reference - I'm having trouble getting it to do this.
